Cutmax is virtually dust-free. We didn't believe it either until we put it to the test in the shop at Chicago Auto Pros. Because Cutmax is water-based, it offers enhanced working times and resists drying out as many other compounds tend to do. If you've ever had to spend additional minutes wiping compounding dust off of the paintwork before polishing, you understand the benefit that a lack of dust brings to the table in terms of efficiency.

Cutmax was formulated to remove sanding abrasions of 1,500 grit or finer while finishing out in a respectable manner, though we recommend following with Sonax Perfect Finish for a spectacular one-two punch.
